1. Deadlines

You can exchange your items within 15 calendar days from:

- Reception of the order, provided that it has been placed through our online store (dreamdays.es)

- The physical purchase of the product from one of our points of sale.

2. Return procedure and policy

The steps for exchanging an item won't vary depending on whether it is a physical return at one of our points of sale or by shipping.

Reason for change so that our staff can better understand why you want to exchange this product and thus help you.

Then we will be in contact so that you can make the product change by visiting one of our points of sale. Product changes can only be made through our points of sale.

The product must be in perfect condition.
